This is cute, and unique.
The hair seems a bit more attention-grabbing than the box of tissues ('red attracts the eyes' or something like that), but only slightly. And his nose- it's all normal. Might I suggest to have his nose be red/runny, like the people who need the tissues? (Just a suggestion, I don't mean to offend or anything. ^^;)
In any case the idea is ... well there's not exactly a plethora of similar pics, are there? :) It's unique, in a good way.
