It took along time to get the hair the way i wanted but i did it. And i would wave to say this might be the best picture i have done.

Not bad. Indeed, it's a step above what you've done in the past. It's kinda sloppy, though.
If you want good hair, try zooming in because it makes it so your hand doesnt shake as much, so it's easier to draw straight =] But make sure you don't make it too small because when you zoom out its gonna be really small
