She's a cute character, usually I don't like pink but I like how you used it the color is pretty nice :3 her eyes are really pretty and yay for all those freckles! ^^
heh, she's cute. i like the blusher/rouge on her cheek! ^^ and the blemishes (are they blemishes?) on her shoulders. And as always the way you've laid the hair and how well proportioned etc etc.
