What am I looking at?
~ Arcthoudor's first layer of attire, which consisted of a plain dark-blue velvet shirt and short leggings. The arms, legs, and neck openings are accented with lighter blue cuffs. The torso opening can be tied shut with drawstrings stitched inside the shirt. Fairly mild undergarments to go along with the fairly mild weather.

History of acquirement
~ He was taught to make it himself, along with most of the items he owns.

Artist's comments
~ Most likely never to be seen outside of these studies, some might say it's a superfluous detail. On an illustration standpoint I'd agree, but for the sake of the character itself, I don't believe in characters that have only one layer of clothing, or one layer of anything, for that matter. Even when I don't draw it in an illustration, I always imagine it's there, just to add a little more to believability.
