What am I looking at?
~ Pretty much, Arcthoudor in the buff. As you can see, I'm still having major issues with anatomy. I don't like copying poses from anatomy references and I'm too lazy to walk to my wall mirror, make mental notes on the pose, walk to my desk, draw a little and repeat. But I expect I shall improve, if I keep drawing from life and out of books to help me get a better feel for it. I've pretty much gotten the style for the feet down, but I'm doing real badly with the hands. Normally I like drawing hands, but it just wasn't my day when I drew these.
History of acquirement
~ He was pretty much trained at birth in various weapon arts, tactics, tracking techniques, and survival. Given light training up to age five by his father, then sent to a badger lord to continue until the age of eighteen. All this conditioning was originally for the job of the secret guard of the King, but is now being put to much better use. His species naturally can't develop large muscles, but what is there is of sinew and steel.
Artist's comments
~ The last Anatomical study was met with very different opinions on some art forums I go to. On one site, I was critiqued on how I left out some anatomy features, saying that I was acting immature by excluding basic parts of anatomy while calling it an "anatomy" study. Some even harshly stated: "Give the poor guy a damn penis."
Another site, however, liked the fact that it was censored, for some of its artists were indeed, underage. They felt it was not necessary to include, and opined that, since I do see my works more as "anthro" rather than "furry", the only difference between a cartoon anthro and a furry is weather it has genitals or not.
I find myself agreeing with both, while I've been drawing anthro characters before I ever knew of "Furry", and do not associate myself with them, I do feel that I should include fundamental details in an anatomy study.
Meh, I guess those who want to see the real deal can check out my deviantart account.

You've got a DA? Cool. Nice drawing, too. I really don't think it matters about whether or not you drew genitalia, mostly because your art is supposed to show what you want accomplished.
