I haven't submitted anything for a while, but I remember I promised to make some kind of tribute to the anime which ended few weeks ago. Ouran is probably number 2 at my all time favourite list and Tamaki is very high in my favourite characters list. Yes, I do make lists.
What a rainbow result I got.
Tried many different things with this one, but this is the last version.
Textures are from Hybrid Genesis, brushes from Shady Medusa and I haven't scanned that picture by myself. Can't remember where I got it from though.
