A kitty cat of the animal shelter I do voluntary work at!
This is one probably the only cat I never could pet or get close at.
She is really scared and quickly hides.
It is obvious from her look that she is scared, not soon after she took a run from it.
But I was pleased to have a nice picture of her as she's so pretty.

But when you think about it, what did the poor thing go through, that she got so scared.
And now she waits and waits for a new home.
But those cats don't get a home that quickly as the persistant pushy, attention seeking cats, or the kittens as well of course.

Anyway, yeah, piece of advise, if you ever go to an animal shelter.
Look for the hidden ones, they might be shy in the beginning, but after a while they'll really grow more confident, and they become great family if you take one.
It's like our Puchiko, she always sat above on the door, and she rarely came down, and she did dare to come down after a while of trying.
We eventually adopted her and now she's so sweet and such a comical thing, she's great.

Reminds me of yhat Arabian girl(Indian?) with the piercing Eyes. It's a famous photohraphy which was on one of "National Geography's" covers. I think she was a refugee and she had the most beautiful eyes, like this kitty.

Great photograph, I really love it*fav*
