Ok ok, techincally, it's a california roll! X3 But, this is my very first time making ANY kind of sushi. :3 Got out a fancy plate and everything! *sniff* ;__; I'm so proud.

, helped me out by cutting the carrots, cucumber, and avacado into strips. *nodnod*
I had a blast making this, and I had NO idea how many steps there were to making proper sticky chewy awesome sushi rice. oo` I followed a recepie off the internet, though I can't remember where... x___x Sorry guys!
For the Tezu, I followed the directions on hte back of the rice package, but added some water to it 'cause the salt and sugar weren't melting in the vinigar.

Omg, I love eatings those! Though me thinks you may want to try making a scrambled egg, flattening it, then cutting it into thin strips to add into the sushi. That's just what my family does when we make california rolls. That and a few..other things that we add in :) Nice rolls, though.
Can you give me some?
