Well, they lyrics remind me of "Life is a Lemon (and I want my money back)" by meatloaf...and not ALL love songs suck! ("No One Like You"-Scorpions; "Who's Crying Now?"-Journey; "Is This Love?"-Whitesnake; just to name a few...and yes, most of the good ones are older rock songs )
