Wasn't originally going to be part of the 100 list... yet somehow happened. An idea popped into my head today for the Nanowrimo 2006 challenge, and then this picture popped into my head.
The Merfolk is Male. I will have a picture of him up later tomarrow, hopefully, showing his detail.
EDIT: Realized I uploaded the wrong file. The other file was to be printed out for a coffee mug.
