Over the summer I held a contest in my Hotohori fanclub. There were two parts. Drawing a chibi of Hotohori, and a manga wallpaper. HawkMcblade won the chibi portion of the contest, and requested a picture of Hotohori dressed as Pikachu. Being the chibi contest prize, I did him chibi for this.
