Ah yes Railyn's little past. For those who just met Railyn he's a very old character of mine from Drakkena's story. AND now to reveal his momma, for those of you who were guessing in your minds the mama to this lovely sucker is Drakkena herself.
That's right, Drakkena got with a demon lord and gave him an heir to his empire.
Now for this picture in general. There is one point in the story where Railyn literally SNAPS, he literally goes insane! Killing anything and everything that got in his way. When his father comes in to interfer and attempt to STOP him he ends up saying the wrong thing. 'It's in your blood.' Is all it took to set Railyn off into a insane furry of claws and fangs. He hated the fact that he was a half blood, he couldn't truly fit in with his mothers OR his father's clans and that's what always stuck in his mind.
When his father said "It's in your Blood." Railyn just snaps completely losing his trail of thoughts and literally going into a feral mode. His father, who is POWERFUL just crumples up into a ball because of how Rai is acting, his feralness giving Rai almost 2 times the power of his father. In the end of the battle Railyn has literally SMASHED his fathers face into a rock, leaving it as a bloody pulp of brain matter, blood and bones. Not to mention he left a very mutalated body there as well.
Because of the fact that he just killed his father brutally Railyn was the only heir to his father's empire. And that's when Rai snaps once again, he literally DIGS OUT his father's heart and eats it which makes him almost 75% demon. He still retains 25% of his mothers Zaskna species but he is considered to be a full demon by most. In the end Railyn does inherit his fathers empire, and that's when he becomes such a royal snot. Believing he can have whatever he wants and who ever he wants. Which leads to him actually terrorizing his mothers tribe for several years because Drakkena cannot fight her own flesh and blood. In the end it is Valansi, Drakken's bodyguard who takes down Railyn and sets him back to a semi-staight state of mind.
Ahhhhhhhhhh Railyn's such an awesome character, I don't know why I never drew him before o-o maybe it's because back then I didn't have any idea how to draw his beasty/demonic form
