Are People In the Army Allowed to Prance?

Yeah...another drawing of my screwed up school.

This is the health classroom. A man from the military came in to talk about drugs. And he kept saying that he's not the "Drugs are BAD" man, so, I decided that he's the "DRUGS! YAY!" man. He liked to walk around the room, but it was more hopping than actually walking, so I decided he was prancing. <<; Are they allowed to prance?
I was REALLY bored. So, I drew every single little thing on the walls. o_o;;;

The people...well, Chinchilla's hair was really greasy, so Ayumi was tormenting him about it. *cough*
And, the kid next to me was talking about how he lit his pants on fire with cologne or something like that...O_o
