This be Azuzephre AKA Jeff Thomas. One of my favorite artists of ALL TIME. Definitely my favorite on DA.
I picked the drawing for an eye study buncha months ago. I actually had most of this completed this past spring, but didn't finish it til a couple days ago.

Very lovely shading, and I love how you chose to do only a part of the face. Looks great! ^^

Wow! The textures are great, I especially like how the hair came out, it looks like real (black and white) hair!

The composition is kick-ass; the slant makes it look "edgy" and the half-face cut gives me a feeling of being looked at intensely. Like everybody else, I find your shading praisworthy. You dared to use stark white for the face and did very well on the shirt folds. The hair turned out nicely, although I'm a little bit puzzled by the placement of light and shadow. The facial shadows suggest light from the top left, but then where does the shadow in the top-right corner come from? Probably just me misinterpreting things :)
Anyway: This guy's fortunate to get such a good portrait made.
