The second life study I've done. This one was done with brown charcoal to avoid the whole not-working stuff that was going on with the colored pencil. I suck with charcoal, that's all I have to say. Anyway, I'm not sure if doing these helps, well, if doing them so sketchy helps, that's what I mean. Should I try to do them more realistically? The only problem I have with that is that then I'll get depresed when it turns out looking like junk and I'll stop doing them.... this way I won't get depressed over it :/

I love the form again. You make it so natural which is so difficult. You choice of manilla paper and the brown pencil really favour the style. Glad you like it. The nose is better on this one, though still a little out. I hate critiquing, but I know how hard they are to draw after drawing many a life study of my mum's arab (unfortuantely not in my gallery). Considering this is a first go these are stunning pieces! Keep up the amazing work!
