Winter Mountains

I think I'm getting the hang of the mountains...I wanted to do something different, so I made this painting in the shape of an oval (I put Con-Tact paper on top and cut an oval in the centre and painted on the exposed oval, remove the Con-Tact paper and voila! You've got a painting in the shape of an oval). I think the trees on either side are little too much.

The size of the actual canvas is smaller than previous two paintings, so it was alot harder to work with this one. I think I'll stick with larger canvases - 16x20" or larger.

Not a bad painting, I think :) I'm still a newbie at it
