nice job on the hair, especially the braids! You need a lil' more work on the facial expression though. But with a lot of training you'll do just fine! I study a lot on the anatomy and facial, so if you draw a lot (or doodle) you'll definetly become very good! I don't know how long you're drawing manga, but it seems promising
