This is a WIP, the finished product will be donated to the CAC (Child Advocacy Center) for use in their PSAs for Stopping the abuse of children and fundraisers as they are a nonprofit organization that offers counseling, a child court advocate, and many other services to abused children and their nonabusive family/fosterfamilies.
This is only a portion, there will also (once I finally work everything out on this one) be a "what she could have been" picture.

Comments are always welcome provided they are constructive. I still have a lot of work to do on this as I am sorking out colors and the like to make this look realistic. I welcome ideas, thoughts, etc.
Edit: I am having to change the color of the eyes (another start from scratch) because I cannot reproduce those eyes again and I would need to.

This is interesting...I kind of think that the coloring on the lips doesn't really help. Besides just being a visually strange effect, it really, really distracts from the child's black eye, which I think ought to be your focal point considering the cause. The colored eyes do that, but the lips just draw attention where I don't think you want it to go.
I really commend you for supporting a good cause, and I hope I haven't upset you, but since you asked for constructive input, I provided my opinion.
