The pose conveys an observant readiness, the dark color scheme and stark shadows suggest darkness or a hidden vantage, and the slightly abstracted outline gives it all a slightly edgy look. It's good on it's own, and carries a definite message - but I don't think it fits so well with a go-to agent. This guy looks more like he's either waiting to pounce on someone or posing for an audience, but not like the kind of guy you ask to... uhm, facilitate... certain discrete operations.
