I haven't animated in a LONG time, so I figured that if I'm gonna be animating Chea's 2 then I'd need to get used to it again.
edit: I made some changes based on advice from various people.

Tips:
1) Raise the fps a bit, tweening looks a bit nicer that way
2) When easing, try to make use of "double easing" where you ease IN then OUT, rather than just one or the other
3) Try to make the physics look a bit more realistic (i.e. gravity and ac-/deceleration, dynamic body movement, etc.)

Pretty much what th1rt3en said in terms of tips, but the model seems to work fine. =)
