Yeah, this is from Sonic Riders, the Sony Playstation 2 version. =D I used an USB video capture device created by the Pinnacle company. I actually bought it from Best Buy. ;D
Then, I used AMcap for the video capturing test with the '.WMV' compression. Next, I edited the video file with Sony Vegas to place in Wave's 'introduction quote', which I saved the file as an '.AVI' file. =)
Lastly, I used Jasc Animation Shop in order to make it as an 'anigif'. That's the whole story of how I created this. =D
