Bleeeeehgigwcngafjbesagf. I did it cause I felt like it mmk? I'm sooo tired and it's like 5am and I have to get up at 8 to go to some mall halfway across the state to go school shopping afgaerwgcghg.

By the way this is like...9 pages pasted together horizontally so be careful which panels you read in what order. I tried to stick big ugly black bars to show where a page starts and ends so yeah.

Anywho. Random sketch comic I made while watching the entire Lord of the Rings movie set. Cause I now love Disgaea and you can't say you didn't expect me to add another character to my little bunch of fun. Also there's a slight plot teaser, wee. Don't bother looking for awesome perspective and awesome anatomy here cause you won't find it. D:

I'm starting to wonder if I should find a female character to add to my group. I mean...I dread what people think or what kinds of ugly fanarts might result if things stay as they are, y'know..? It's just hard to find a female character I admire and idolize. It's also hard to find a female character who is even the main hero of a game or an anime. But I -am- considering Nausicaa, if any of you have seen Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, (another brilliant Miyazaki movie from the 1980s). If you haven't seen Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, watch. It. NOW. It's is totally anime like it should be. Woot for Hayao Miyazaki who is yet to let me down with his brilliant work.

I've only read the mangas for "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind" and it is a very good series. is the anime based of the manga?

Katie L Says:

Awww, that's really sweet. I love it.

AnimeWolfie Says:

Awww thats so sweet. The ending made me laugh when she told them anyway. One female anime character that I idolize is Lucy from Elfen Lied. Man shes AWSOME! She kills everyone I hate(well all except Bando, but hes already dead in my "happy" thoughts). You should check out Elfen Lied sometime if you like bloody horrors! X3

Terralventhe Says:

Dunno if you've seen Elfen Lied or not, Kylee, so I'd actually like to clear up the comment made on Lucy. >__> Cause I like Lucy. She's an inspiring person.

To be fair on Lucy.. since that comment makes her look out to be some kind of psychotic evil person.. she turns into a bitter, selfish person who yes, will kill anyone who gets in her way, except for one man. In Elfen Lied, it's basically evolution in making, where some children - mostly female - are being born with horns of sorts. The girls with those horns gain a kind of instinctual sense of eradicating the 'lesser' creatures.. one that usually shows up in a kind of split-personality disorder.. but that personality almost never shows up unless the person is emotionally distressed. They also gain a kind of telekinetic set of limbs, capable of slicing through metal even.

Typically for mankind, a girl with horns at gradeschool gets picked on and beat up by all the bullies, called a freak and a monster, and thus gets very depressed.. especially when she afraid of herself even, when she suffers from sudden fevers, and sometimes wakes up after nightmares and there are handprints all over her bedroom.

There are bright spots, though, just as with any sad childhood, as little Lucy finds a puppy that she begins to take care of in secret, feeling relation with the poor thing because they're both abandoned and left out. She keeps getting picked on at school, until one of the other girls stops the bullies and befriends her.. as she starts to finally open up and feel friendship with this girl, she decides to let her in on her secret about the puppy.

..As is typical with mankind at that point.. the girl sells her out.. apparently she was with the bullies all along, to try and find something to really hurt Lucy with, the only way they knew how: becoming friends with her. Lucy shows up to school one day where the bullies have her puppy.. and start beating and kicking it.. Lucy, who otherwise has stopped caring when she gets beaten.. breaks down and begs them to stop. Children are cruel, I think we all know this.. so what happens next shouldn't be a surprise with bullies.. as the leading bully picks up a small iron vase.. and begins beating the puppy to death.. It's probably one of the saddest and most horrible moments in anime I've seen, as Lucy can't do anything as she's held back but beg them to stop as they kill the poor thing..

It's around that time that she snaps, her second persona coming into view.. as she slaughters the entire classroom, and then runs off, traumatized by the experience of not only seeing the puppy killed, but also what she did.

Basically, even if Lucy is a homicidal, bitter 'bitch' in her teenage years.. it's really a matter of a poor, lonely child being driven into that state by the cruel society standards we live in today..

*coughs* Gah, I get too involved.
