Im a fan of colored markers, but a rarly get to see a job done quite as nicely as this one. Soooo even though i never really watched sailor moon, you diserve a fave.
SuperS season? :3 Very colorful and eye-catching, I like how you included Hotaru in this one. ^^ For more contrast try shading with different colors rather than just a gradient-- skin and blues with purple, orange or red with brown, ect. :3

Excellent idea! A wheel, cool. You need to work a bit on your colouring and the shape of the head (It's okay but it could be better)
