So who the hell is he?

My creation, from my own little world. Bazyli is the Leader of the Broken Ones. A sort of trib/community full of the results of bref bio war fair. The early people effected by the results where weak and horible mutanted. With every thing from bones sticking out too bloted body parts.
Years after these people have now tooken drugs that healed most of the genetic damge and have surgery tecnics to correct most problems. The "Broken Peoples" now have gone from hopeless rejects to a powerfull force that uesed it's new found power to take over and start there own small little contry.
