this is sailor pisces. she is one of the 12 zodiac scouts for my sailor void. the 12 zodiac sailors were exiled when wrongly accused of a murder. sailor void, being the all seeing witness to the universe, took them in knowing they were framed.
i did sailor pisces because i am a pisces... heh heh heh... i'm a dork.
