Though I had started this picture back during the whole "Kirlia and Kucheat" phase, I stopped working on it as I got out of it. I picked it up again last week and finished it then.
It's an MSPaint only drawing, and granted, it's not too hard to make anything nice with it. It's given such a bad rep, though.
