This is gorgeous! I looooooove your coloring here and everything just came out soooo nice! The woman is beautiful and I love the hair! This is definately your best piece so far ^^
The hair is lovely, the way the curls look like 'real' hair. Also the hands and the grass and similarly excellent! The nose is a bit odd though - it seems to droop a little but... all people look different so thats ok.
I also think you've used a bit too much green. I think it would look a lot more magical if the backgroud had some browns (or perhaps even some reds too) Eg. you might get this 'feeling' that the faries 'brighten' thing things in their immediate contact up - like the girl ...but the background may remain untouched.
My favorite part is the faries themselves. They are 'little people' but their 'human' similarity seems to end there. They seem to move in a playfull fashion. The enphasis on detailed wings is lovely too.
