The Banner of Defilement, crest and flag for my current World of Warcraft guild, the Templar of Defilement. Done to look similar to the Old Horde clan flags from WarCraft II.
This was also done for the WoWWiki entry about the guild. Drawn in pencil, coloured in photoshop.

I love the skulls and bones along the pole. The way you colored the bloodsplatters on the flag is neat too, especially how it gets darker towards the end. Great work making the fabric of the flag fold too and shading it, so it looks realistic.
