... Well, I could get more realistic, but I chose to keep my art in a cartoonish fashion for a reason.

Cute! The anatomy, despite the jumble of paws and legs, seems to be all in order. I like how you left the grass colorless and how the character is laid out in general. Maybe a little house or some clouds in the background would add to it?
