I think i spend more time trying to choose the color

i learned a bit more about oekakis^^
usually oekakis are in PNG format... hmm i left the last 2 oekakis i did in JPEG format
;;;;; that's why it looks like the colors are blur
and maybe the lineart is done with pencil tool?(pixel by pixel?)

Question: When you Oekaki, do you sketch it first and then go over the lines with another tool? or is it just free style?
