Shading in the face came out well, but there should be a descrepancy between the way the face is shaded and the cloak is shaded. You've got two things with very different textures looking exactly alike. Try downloading some fabric and other texture brushes and using layer styles on them over your colors to give things different textures. Apart from the texture issue, you've got an issue in the cloak where you went to town on blurring a little too much and it takes away from the shadow, and it's very noticeable when you do something like that next to a harsh line. Overall though, it's a really nice piece, and excellent line art as always.
