Seems a bit weird for him to have 'word up' hands and a far off expression. Still I like the position of the arms and hands.

Lovely foreshortening ,3
the foreshortening is (as others have noted) quite good. However, I think something's just a little off with his neck and it makes the picture look a little flat. I'd try lengthening it, perhaps.
