This is Ruhanna Sherenaanei, one of his characters from his serial novel "The Way of the Shadow Blade".
To be honest, I was rushed and slapped a background for her. And I had no idea why she's walking with two buckets. I don't even know if she wears blue in the novel. Oh well.
