I did this CG awhile ago, but I became too lazy to make the background. Actually I was stuck in summer school, but since today is my last day of summer school. I finally finish the background. I don't remember much about cging this piece except that I wanted to make a layout with the picture.
The lollipop was the funnest part to do.
