My x-men universe character Miles... though perosnally I'll use him whenever I can because I love(to torture) him. Those markings all over him are a glowing extra nervous system (green/blue). I've had this character for awhile, but since I started a new rp with him I decided to do a full out re-haul of his design.
You can colour it if you want to undertake such a thing.
