Personality: Intellectual (it's the only way Tani would be able to stand him), Happy-go-lucky (what straight man wouldn't be if he was in a team with two girls), very laid back, moocher (especially from Kaede), best friends with Tani, slightly fatherly.
Outfit:
Vest: It's white. It was crafted by Tani's sister (now a blacksmith), it takes very small parts of a person's chakra so that in turn it causes the vest to gain weight. It also serves an armored vest.
Bodytights: Brown, also chakra crafted. This clothing is a full body cover (minus head and hand). It's single job is to serve Michio when he activates his Juin jutsu by adapting to the appropriate size.
Belt: Simple belt, in the back has one pocket for small weapons.

Jutsu/ Fighting technique:
Originally a Taijutsu master, Michio knows an extensive arrangement of hand-to-hand combat styles. (He's actually supposed to be a friend of Gai-sensei because of this). He can use ninjustu (lighting and earth), he perfers not to.
On a previous mission, Michio used a summon to replay a previous fight that had occured. For some unknown reason, he became inflicted with a cursed seal. Ironically, he himself became the master of this 'cursed seal', yet he cannot remove it. It basically causes him to become a yellow/red-colored man-demon who weilds the power over the amount of air around his victim, causing them, in most cases, to suffocate to death. Not much else is known about this, since Michio hasn't activated more than twice.
Juin state: His skin turns a bright yellow in the beginning stages then progresses to a blood-red the longer he stays in the form. His hair grows in lenght according to how long he remains in this state. His posture begins to slump and his body mass grows the more air he collects inside himself (he gets fatter). He has never gone into his second stage.
