This is yet another Naruto Original character developped by yours truely.
He has a quiet and serious yet, gentle and merciful personality. He fights with blades of chakra-formed electricity and with Shadow Clones. He's an incredibly strong ninja within the Hidden Village of Cloud and used to be teamed up with Axas Hakusora (another one of my characters).
