Okay, so it's kinda a thing around DA nowadays with cool cats making their own Naruto characters. And before I started having wrist issues, I drew a couple of pictures of some.
These three are from your's truly. Don't expect much out of them, except the middle lady. She's my favorite.

Name: Narashita Kaede
Age: 23
Eyes: Black
Hair: Golden blond
Skin: Tanned
Level: Jounin, part of team R.A.R, former ANBU member (asked to be re-assigned to Umeyama's team), ex-instructor at Kohana's ninja academy for 2nd level students.
Specialization: Tracker, translator
Personality: Kind (despite cliché baddy appearance), incredibly preceptive, loves cooking but not as much as training new skills learned through her participation on Team R.A.R.
Name: Umeyama Tani
Age: 21
Eyes: Violet, seemed to go black when she's angry or ready to fight
Hair: Light Brown
Skin: Fair
Level: Tokubetsu Jonin, part of team R.A.R., ANBU substitute
Specialization: Investigator, (also interrogation during Naruto II timeline)
Personality: Bookworm, defensive, loves to investigate old battlegrounds to find new and interesting jutsus, is very involved in finding the exact jutsu that blinded her sister, best friends with Michio.

Age: 23
Hair: Dark Brown
Eyes: Grey, but rarely seen
Skin: Fair
Level: Jounin, part of team R. A. R., former ANBU member, personal researcher of the current Hokage
Specialization: Bodyguard, investigator
Personality: Intellectual (it's the only way Tani would be able to stand him), Happy-go-lucky (what straight man wouldn't be if he was in a team with two girls), very laid back, moocher (especially from Kaede), best friends with Tani, slightly fatherly.
History of the Team: While Sarutobi (3rd Hokage) was in office, he was asked by Tani (a new Jounin) and her sister if a they could start a small team to research former battles in hopes of creating a trustworthy record of the Jutsus used by Kohana's enemies. Happy, both from the fact that he was speaking to young women (hey, the book said he liked to) and the fact that such young individuals would be interested in helping their village in such a manner, he consented to the purposal.
For several weeks, this job seemed to be easy and very enjoyable for the bookworm and her similarly eager sister. Then, a month into their new jobs, Tani and her sister were attacked by a nin from an unknown village and left to die. Tani had a full recovery, however her sister, who fought the attacker, was blinded. Because of this, Tani threw herself back into work, determined to find the person responsible.
Unhappy with how Tani was ruthlessly driving herself to find the attacker, the Hokage decided that it would be best if she had someone there to protect and remind her of humanity's limitations. Therefore he sent her best friend, Michio, who was very happy to be reunited with his best friend and former chunin teammate.
These two worked side by side for two years until a third person was added to the mix, Kaede, cousin (through her father by marriage) to Michio. She asked for the reassignment due to the fact that she two had a love of investigation and research. Even though Tani first has reservations about a third member added to her team, she was soon convinced after Kaede found a lead on the person who attacked Tani and her sister.
