Fai, the white magician (wizard?) from the manga
'Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE' by the popular manga group, CLAMP.
:) It's just an eye-copy. Yeah, big no-no, but I was drawing this for a friend in a letter. It's a combination of three different images of him. This will be scrapped later, since it's an eye-copy. It's the only good one of three I did. She likes Tsubasa, that's why.
