This is Charles Vandom, also known as "Eclipse" He has the power to create and control fiealds of anti-energy that screens out regular energy, such as, light, heat, electricity and so on.
because it screens out light these fields appear pitch dark.
This is a new character I plan on entering to Void, he is based uppon another character that i once used in a Roleplay.
