This thing...it is an advertisement for an RP that I participate in called Heroes of Arcadia: Fallout", held at The Fallout Shelter, based off of "Gamemaster" Anthony Bault's Heroes of Arcadia series, and run by Gamemaster Anthony himself. At a somewhat recent point in the RP, Captain N was introduced.
