I found the lineart for this piece through the coloring book club here on sA. The owner requested that someone color it. I figured I hadn't done a good CG in awhile, so I did this.

That is too cool! I love the lighting effect you put on it. She really does look like she's under water. And her tail actually looks like it has scales! I'm ashamed to admit it, but it really does look better than what I attempted. ^^ Thank you for coloring it!
