I think Antisora is one of hte strongest forms... I CAN KICK MAJOR AZZ as him. I don't go "OH BOO!" when I transform to him, I got "Whooooooa *3*" Or "YAY!" Unless it's a battle where I have to use my trigger command thinger or whatever (triangle button)<< >>; Then it's like "Dang."
