I remembered I had a sketch of this somewhere one or two years ago and decided to recreate it.
This is the heartbreaking flashback of little Ruth when she has seen her beloved mother murdered in front of her eyes. Hey, I never said it was gonna be a colourful history for her.
I am pretty darn impressed with what I've managed to do with the emotion of it. Only thing I'm really unsure of are the legs. (she's supposed to be kneeling) I tried fixing those but gave up quickly.

Looks, really cool, except the legs which you explained. Definatley looks like she's kneeling, but if she is, she must be really tall. Otherwise it's great.

The legs seem fine, but a suggestion on the legs. Maybe add the feet behind her, poking out from the side of her knees. Just to make it apparent that she's kneeling and yanno... making it look like her legs were chewed off or something.

I think it kinda looks like she just has a really long shirt on..and that her knees are her feet. lol

She'd be rather tall if she were kneeling so it looks better like that, looks like she's wearing pyjama's with the feet attached to the legs. Looks goood. Also the background picture makes it kind of look like she's in a corridor. And watching her mum die.... Noone should have to see that... but that could make her really deadly

Hmm....dark past for this character. Nice. But she looks like she's standing and not kneeling..oh well. Watching yer mom die MUST be really hard on someone.
