Me and my Misty

Finished!! I am leaving it like this and am going to go and hang it on her stall RIGHT NOW

okay, in a minute!!

The pic on the left was taken on the day before my wedding, July 2nd, 2004 and the VERY FIRST TIME Misty has ever been ridden in her little equine life!!!!!! We invited everyone out to watch..............everyone thought she was going to be crazy!!!! No one would let me be first, so we gave a rodeo guy a 12 pack of Miller lite to get on her.................... He got on her and.....................nothing..............she was such a good girl, so I said Let me up there!!! He rode her for a total of three seconds............I wanted to be up there...............I was the one who had spent the last two months 3 hours a night working with her, getting her ready, teaching her everything from allowing me to brush her to picking up her feet...............
So I got up there and she just stood there for a minute, then turned her head to look at me like, what are you doing up there???
We went around and around in the round pen...........tears were gushing out of my eyeballs..................it was one of the best days of my life (I have many ) She is my baby girl...............

Ok, NOW I am off to the farm to hang this up!!
