Here's Bubbles, or Rolling Bubbles, from the Japanese anime: Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z, based off the Powerpuff girls. Buttercup seems to be the favorite of this series, but I always seemed to like Bubbles, and I guess I still do..
It's not to bad, but my scanner did screw it up a little...
