$10 bill
Tape to hold it together
Paper as a background
These items cost me one $5 bill and five $1 bills. My roommate looked at me a bit strangely when I said I'd give him change if he paid me with tape and paper... Hopefully this qualifies.
Canon Powershot SD100 camera.
Photoshop 7 to clean up dust in the air, fix color (auto white balance on this camera is terrible), and add a border/text.
