it's been awhile since I've been able to sit down and work on photoshop.. coming up with new coloring styles and whatnot... been awhile since I ever did any really good fanart as well!.
this took some effort.. but since it's so blah.. I call it a doodle..
it's Noodle from Gorillaz!!... in my style!!.. and if you don't know what the 23 means.. yer not that big of a Gorillaz fan.. and I'll just sorta die a little inside..

I like how you've drawn the angle of her head, with her looking down so her hair falls over her face, but you can still see one of her eyes. The colors and rain effect in the background are neat too.
