Zanpa Randou

Well, to keep things short, besides from the blue-haired anime characters (#1 LEGATO) I simply LOOOOOOVE the masked baddies!(and some good ones too) The most peculiar masked one was Hitoriga from Outlaw Star. His mask was pretty much a sack over his head with some holes cut out to see but it was done in a way so he looked like one HELL of a scary scare-crow. So I thought I would do some fanart of him seeing that he was (and always WILL) my favorite character in that particular anime (although he wasn't in it much T_T) The title of the pic "Zanpa Randou" is the name of Hitoriga's finishing technique. It is quite awesome. I am actually thinking of doing a doujinshi about Hitoriga and Suzuka because there were just TOO many unanswered questions between the two.
