Haha, I forgot about this. It's kind of old.
Rat can talk to rats for a couple of reasons. He kind of completely lacks social interaction skills with people. When he joins up on this ship thing, which I don't feel like explaining, everyone is kind of creeped out by him so Pert tries to be nice.
Poor Pert, she's not really fat. :'[
Rat and Pert can be found in really old pictures in my gallery that I kind of don't want anyone to see because they suck. xD I want to draw them more recently, along with the other characters involved, so I might post some sketches, or somethiiing I dunno.
